A Mannequin Alternative is a very popular way  with merchandisers to display clothing because they are so simple to dress and maintain. let's face it a steel frame is much more rugged and easy to use than a display mannequin. BUT, If you want to construct a vignette or display or have  a museum  you cannot beat a life-like female display mannequin. They show off "Better Dresses" and special items , like wedding gowns, in a fashion that a mannequin alternative can never match.

Finally a realistic female mannequin in a plus size!

This  Size 14 Plus size female display mannequin available  by special order. She is of rugged fiberglass glass construction and comes complete with a tempered glass base. Two styles, each with two poses are available.  A Headless 3/4 Torso Form is also available. Standard color is Cameo White white . Units with heads have been discontinued.
